Nourish History
Nourish first launched in the renowned growers’ village of Newbourne, Suffolk. The original cow shed was once home to the local farm shop which closed a few years before being lovingly converted into a beautiful cosy cafe which was opened in March 2019.
In 2026, Nourish moved to its new home: the Coach House at Helmingham Estate. Here, guests can enjoy the stunning countryside surrounds, with wandering red deer and magnificent gardens.
About the Owner
Tracey has aways had a passion for food ever since she was a little girl. Baking and experimenting with new ingredients have always been a favourite pastime. Owning her own cafe has always been a dream & Nourish is exactly how she imagined it to be & more. From the inside out, almost everything you see is pre loved and has been carefully chosen to create this cosy and welcoming space. Tracey could spend all of her time here, it is where she feels comfortable, relaxed & happy and we hope it makes you feel the same.
